What is the minimum order?
50 units for every style. Small runs cost more per box, and the price drops sharply from 250 units. Each product page shows the full price table.
How much is the sample kit?
$180. The full amount is credited when you place an order of 300 units or more.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Every order is a guest checkout. We email your order updates and proof to the address you give us.
How do bulk quotes work?
For 1,000+ units, choose Bulk Quote on any product or use the Get a quote form. We reply with a price within one business day and send a secure payment link.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Pick "Custom Size" on a product page or tell us your dimensions in the quote form.
Can I reorder the same box later?
Yes. Reply to any order email or quote your order number and we will rerun it with the approved artwork.
What file types do you accept?
AI, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG. Vector files give the sharpest foil and emboss results.
Can I send my artwork later?
Yes. Choose "Artwork later" when you add to cart. We email you a secure upload link after checkout.
When will I get my proof?
Within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. You approve it or request changes from a link in the email.
How many proof revisions are included?
As many as you need before you approve. Production only starts after your approval.
Do you offer design help?
Our designers check every file for free and can adjust placement, colours and foil areas for you.
How long does production take?
12–15 business days from proof approval, plus shipping time.

USA, UK, Canada and Australia, with tracking on every order.
Are boxes shipped assembled?
Rigid boxes ship assembled. Collapsible boxes ship flat and fold into shape in seconds.
Can I get my order faster?
Ask us about rush production in the quote form or on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Bulk orders can be paid by payment link.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars for every market.
Are duties and taxes included?

What if my boxes arrive damaged?
Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the affected boxes.
Can I return custom boxes?
Custom printed boxes can not be returned unless they differ from your approved proof.
