We make every order to your design and ship it with tracking to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
When your order ships
- Custom boxes: production takes 12–15 business days from the day you approve your free proof. Your expected ship date is in the approval email.
- Express: priority production, then a 1–3 business day courier.
- Sample kits: ship within 3–5 business days, no proof needed.
Delivery times after dispatch
- Standard: 3–7 business days in transit.
- Express: 1–3 business days in transit.

Tracking
When your boxes leave our workshop we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also check your order on the Track my order page.

Address and delivery problems
